Privacy Policy
World-Zoom.com is an AI image exploration app and site. This policy explains what is collected when you generate images, sign in, explore worlds, and use the service.
What We Collect
We collect each generated image, the prompt data that produced it, and related anonymous, pseudonymous, or account-linked metadata. You can use the first experience without signing in. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we store the account and session information needed to save your worlds and migrate anonymous worlds into your account. The collection code does not intentionally store IP addresses. If you include personal information in a prompt, selected image, or visible text inside an image, that information can be collected as part of the generation record.
- The prompt or idea you type, the expanded generation prompt, generated images, image summaries, and helper notes.
- Your zoom trail, including parent image IDs, exploration path, tap coordinates, crop analysis, detected objects, and visible text found in selected image regions.
- Generation settings and results, including aspect ratio, target frame size, provider, model, timing, mock or real-provider status, image type, file size, and image hash.
- Anonymous client context, including a random browser session ID, generation count, page path, referrer host, browser language, time zone, viewport size, and device pixel ratio.
- Account and session data when you sign in, including your Apple account identifier, display name, email address when Apple provides it, session identifiers, and anonymous-to-account migration records.
- Coarse request context, including request path, country from the hosting provider, data-center code, accepted language, broad browser family, and device class.
How We Use It
- Run the image-generation and zoom experience.
- Store a record of generated images and the prompts that produced them.
- Let signed-in users keep worlds, preferences, and exploration history across devices.
- Debug provider errors, quality issues, latency, layout problems, and abuse patterns.
- Improve prompt building, crop analysis, model selection, and the educational quality of generated worlds.
Sharing And Service Providers
We do not sell generated prompts or generated images, and we do not use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate, store, monitor, and improve the service.
- AI generation providers, currently Google Gemini, OpenAI, Cloudflare Workers AI, Runware, and FAL where configured for image generation and crop analysis.
- Apple, when you choose Sign in with Apple.
- Hosting, storage, logging, and observability providers, including Cloudflare and any configured collection webhook or object-storage destination.
Local App And Browser Data
The app and site store your current World-Zoom.com session, generated world cache, preferences, and a random anonymous installation or browser session ID locally so you can continue a journey and so generation records can be grouped before sign-in. You can clear this local data through device or browser settings.
Retention
Generation records are kept in the configured storage, logging, and observability systems until they are no longer needed for the purposes above or are manually deleted. Local browser sessions remain on your device until you clear local app or site data, sign out where supported, or the browser removes them.
Your Choices
Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploaded source material unless you want it processed for generation. You can clear local browser data through your browser settings. To ask about generation records associated with information you provided, contact privacy@world-zoom.com with enough detail to help locate the record.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service, storage destinations, or provider list changes. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised.
